My Fitness Pal is the highest rated calorie counter app, and with good reason too. Not only does it have the largest food database with over 2 million types of food and drinks, it is also pretty simple to use. We love how it’s also multifunctional – users can calculate the calories and nutrition value of home-cooked meals, customise goals and exercises based on specific diet profiles and track your daily/weekly/monthly nutritional summary. It even shares your progress with friends, so you’ll probably be less inclined to break your low-carb diet.
